As Swedish Order Processing Specialist you will be:
- Processing orders from Swedish speaking Customers.
- Dealing with Customers’ queries to make sure the highest standards of service are met.
- Cooperating with other internal departments in order to provide innovative solutions to more complex queries.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

They’re looking for fluent Swedish speakers with previous experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre environment and/or Order Management/ Logistics.
The Ideal Candidate should:
- be native level Swedish speaker.
- be passionate about Customer Service.
- have excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- have outstanding Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills.
- previous experience with Logistics/ Order Management will be an advantage.
