What will you be doing as an EMAIL/ CHAT Customer Service Agent for Norwegian market?

  • You will be acting as the First Point of Contact for Norwegian speaking Customers and providing them with answers to any questions or inquiries they may have.
  • This role is based on written communication – chat & email, no phone calls!
  • You will be involved in additional tasks and projects, e.g. translations, proofreading, content creation, updating resources for customers.

What are the requirements?

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (with a special focus on written skills)
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superb PC/ technology skills and good understanding of new technologies
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Positive and professional attitude
