For their fast-growing office located in Dublin, they are looking for Dutch Technical Support Specialists to join their Multilingual Business Support Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inquiries from high profile clients (internal and external).
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Interacting with internal business units in clients’ queries resolution.
  • Cooperating with internal engineering teams in order to provide the clients with the highest quality solution.
  • Maintaining and developing up-to-date knowledge on products and the latest technology.

Candidate profile:

  • Fluent Dutch Speaker with excellent English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in Technical Support role.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong knowledge in IT and interested in the latest technology.
