Provide technical support and excellent customer service to all customers within a given timeframe.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat etc.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritise customers problems and complaints
- Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements
- Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred or escalated to another department, supervisor or manager
- Enter, update, retrieve and maintain all customer information
- Take personal ownership of every customer until their problem is resolved and they are happy.
Required Skills:
- Fluent Swedish
- Fluent English – Both Written and Oral
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
- Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to achieve deadlines and targets
Professional Experience:
- Previous call centre experience desired but not essential
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
