Credit Collections Manager:
Our client, a large US multi-national based in Co.Louth requires a credit control manager to oversee their European Credit and Collections function.
They are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in credit collections management who will bring new ideas and new processes with them.
An excellent salary and relocation package is available for the right candidate.

Main Duties Include:
- Define, refine and redesign company credit policies to maximize company profits
- Develop and enhance the current reporting system
- Work with senior management to establish new credit policies
- Provide key metrics to senior management
- Establish standards or performance for credit and collections staff
Attributes:
- Degree in any relevant field is essential and any candidates without will not be considered
- At least 3 years but ideally 5 years in credit management
- English and another language OR experience in at least 2 European markets is essential
- Experience in high transactions, volume retailers a plus
- Track record of hitting key metrics
