First Place Recruitment is currently looking for Tier 1 Technical support agents who speak both English and German and have experience working in a fast based call centre environment. Our Client is a world leading IT firm and the position offers an excellent salary and benefits including:

- Provide basic to moderately complex solutions to customers via phone, fax and email.
- Recognise situations where an issue needs to be escalated to a more senior advisor.
- Provide a professional relationship with the customer at all times
- Log details of calls and issues into a database
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Experience in a technical support or customer service role
- A high level of IT literacy as well as the ability to convey this knowledge to customers
- Previous call centre experience.
