CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

 
Reporting to and working closely with the Customer Support Supervisors, you will be responsible for the following:

• Answer incoming calls, chats and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Outbound calling to customers to request necessary documents and finalise details to process loans
• Process loans in an accurate, efficient manner using established policies and procedures.
• Contribute and Partake in achieving monthly Team Targets and overall efforts by promoting a positive environment to yourself and fellow co-workers.
• Working with modern in-house systems designed specifically for a fast paced, customer orientated environment.

SKILL/KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCE:

- Fluent Finnish and English essential
- Your background includes a leaving certificate/Equivalent and at least one year of work experience in a similar role. Excellent telephone manner is a prerequisite.
- You enjoy a fast paced environment, are very organised, possess advanced computer skills and you enjoy working towards team and personal targets.
- Your written and spoken business English is excellent. Your ability and willingness to work shifts is essential.
